Walk

A quick walk around the top end of the estate today, might have had an ice cream on the way!

A fairly flat day today, although I did meet up with three team members. It’s ages since I’ve seen Heather, and while I was caring for B and the end result, she faced a cancer scare of her own and had surgery a couple of weeks ago. Suzanne brought her in today, and bless her, and this is the first time I’ve had such a greeting….as soon as she saw me she just burst into tears and hugged me tight. 

I left early, couldn’t concentrate on anything but it did mean the journey home was smooth. I managed to cheer up for the quiz with Dan, Pete and Michaele and felt better.
