One of today’s tasks was to make up a batch of pancakes for our next trip. We discovered it’s the easiest way to have them. I freeze them and then just thaw and pop in the toaster while travelling. Making them on the little stove took too long because we could only cook one at a time. The burner is small. It is very hot and humid today so a short evening walk was my only time outside.
