Caradon Hill
The sunset looked promising tonight, so I actually did something about it and went out to get some pictures. It certainly lived up to its promise and this is one of several shots which did it justice. It shows Caradon Hill Transmitter in Cornwall against a beautiful evening sky.
The whole day was pretty good. Did some gardening with the wife - she tidied one of the beds, planted some dahlias and prepared some of the planters and tubs, while I mowed the lawn (slowly improving since the mis-application of lawnsand over the winter!) and prepared an area for planting some wildflower seeds.
Eventually, we went off to the local garden centre for a cup of tea and a piece of cake and picked up some broad bean seeds. What an exciting life we lead!
