Exploring St Andrews

Another historical marker discovered on North Street.

The extra shows Pat studying the menu of The Steak Barn at Balgove . A very well ventilated restaurant indeed. And the food was up to the very high standard it is renowned for.

We were awaiting the arrival of Alicia who had been exploring the town and studying the property market. We were all surprised and shocked at some of the prices being asked for what are really quite dreadful little two room apartments. £500k is not unusual in North Street.

Of course, it is all to do with location. However, much better accommodation is available within half a mile and for half the price.
