Roeddwn i'n gwneud tipyn bach o smwddio ac yn gwrando ar gerddoriaeth. Un o fy hoff albymau yw "Speak" gan "The Roches". Yn enwedig rydw i'n mwynhau bob tro'r canu a'r teimlad o'r trac "Everyone is Good". Mewn termau Bwdhaidd, mae'n wir. Rydyn ni i gyd yn cael 'daioni sylfaenol' - er cymaint y gallwn ni ymddieithrio oddi wrtho - yn aros i gael ei ailddarganfod.

I was doing a bit of ironing and listening to music. One of my favourite albums is "Speak" by "The Roches". Especially I always enjoy the singing and the sentiment of the track "Everyone is Good". In Buddhist terms, it is true. We all have a 'fundamental goodness' - however much we may distance ourselves from it - waiting to be rediscovered.
