Pink sky at night .....

..... Angel delight.

I've had a busy day at work followed by an equally busy eveing. After work Mr P called around and gave me a hand to move a few heavy appliances around and we then had a cuppa whilst watching Dr Who ( the first time I've watched it in years ). After Mr P had left I popped over the road to call on Mr M and see how he was as I hadn't seen him all week, We had a cuppa and a nice catch up on our weeks and have arranged a bike ride for after I finish work tomorrow ( providing the weather isn't too bad ).

It was dusk by the time I finally got to eat this evening and dark by the time I had a chance to think about taking any photos. I thought about taking a moonrise photo just after 11pm, but there was too much cloud in the East. Instead I noticed that the street lights were out on the other side of Leeds road, so I took a long exposure from one of the blacked out streets looking south towards the moor.

Thank you for all your comments over the last couple of days, I've not had much of a chance to get on line much but will try and catch up a bit tomorrow. I have gifted the bonsai tree display I won yesterday to someone I know will appreciate and enjoy it as I couldn't find a good spot to display it in my house or garden, when I next visit them I'll pop a photo of it on Flickr. In other news I've managed to arrange a new mobile contract today as my old one has just ended and I'm going to be saving myself £25 a month.

As it's been another long day with no photo opportunities until after dark, today's blip is .....
