Busy dock

The red funnel belongs to MV Hebrides a veteran Calmac ferry which has come south to James Watt Dock in Greenock from the Western Isles for urgent fire equipment repairs insisted on by MCA (Marine Coastguard Agency). Top right is the covered bridge of MV Glen Sannox in Garvald dry dock. She is 5 years behind schedule but at last progress is being made. A friend who is a senior in MCA will be inspecting her in dock. She hopefully be on service to Arran next year.
