Glider landing

We spent part of the afternoon watching gliders take off and land from the place where we are staying tonight. They finished earlier than planned as what looked like a big storm was brewing. However, we got some thunder and not really enough rain to wet the ground. The farmers will be disappointed.

This morning we cycled the ebikes down a mountain biking path from Foyer des Moises to Pont de Fillinges then back on small roads. It is a route the tourist office suggested and it makes such a difference when a local person plans the route. It was a great ride and a little technical at times but great fun. The extra shows some village flowers where we stopped for coffee.
