Enjoying the sun

I went into Hexham to meet Ann at Hexham Abbey refectory for coffee. I was a few minutes early and I wandered into the edge of The Sele. This couple was sitting and enjoying the sun. (It was actually only 15 degrees, so quite cool.)

Their little dog, not visible in my image, had his own tiny mat to sit on.

You can see the bandstand in the distance.

It was good to catch up with Ann. I did some light shopping and then came home.

We have had rain again and now the evening is fresh and sunny.
