My day ended with a takeaway pizza eaten on the Promenade at Limekilns. All cool...

It had started with my Couch-to-5k session in the local park at 06:30. Also all cool (8ºc)...

In between... nothing worth mentioning apart from arranging dinner next weekend with one of my oldest friends. 

I got my Blip in Limekilns.
