Take Two (40 Years Later!)

I met an old friend, Fliss, today at our local beach. She had a swim but I am ashamed to say, despite living on an Island for my 70 years, I still can’t swim!
Forty years ago we went to this beach, called Monks Bay, with my son and her son and daughter. We lost touch over the years, until very recently.
We had a picnic and a long chat. It was lovely. It was also very hot in the sun!
