Whatever it is, it's been tagged

A late afternoon jog along the lower and then the upper pipelines. Nice to have less rain now. Apparently this has been the wettest July on record for many places. Certainly, there were few days when the wasn't some rain, and many where it rained all day and night.

This structure made from concrete blocks takes a curve away from the concrete pipe. And then stops. I cant even hazard a reasonable guess ast what purpose it served. Or maybe even continues to serve. At least one tagger has left a mark; on a strut for the fence by the actual water pipe..
