Cellulose sponges

The arrival of these is the most exciting thing to happen today. It appears that Mary’s “cold” was actually Covid (despite testing herself twice a couple of times earlier) as both she and I tested positive today.  So far Mark is ok so fingers crossed for him.  I felt ill during the night and this morning but am much better this afternoon just a bit headachy and tired.

The sponges are suppposed to be a more eco-friendly option than the usual plastic ones.  They are a lot more expensive but should last much longer.
