The very hungry caterpillar

I noticed my Kale was not looking as wholesome as it has been of late.. on closer inspection I found this gaggle of beings.  I scooped up the majority of the ones I could see.. daresay I missed many more and definitely dropped a few... but at least I might get a few leaves off the plant later in the season. Some of the leaves are skeletal sadly.. hope I wasn't too late. I will carry out a daily inspection for the next couple of weeks as see what I can save. 
It has been a glorious summers day.. not too hot at 23C with a gentle breeze.. just lovely. 
Feeling a little better but not brilliant today.. and I have eaten a little.. keeping fingers crossed things won't go down hill again. Headache also eased off.. mostly
