My New Look

A selfie for Silly Saturday in honor of Admirer.  Many thanks to Davidc for keeping the challenge going and hosting again this month!  

Piper's breathing is a little slower today, so that's encouraging.  She hasn't been as hungry, though, and I hate to give her antibiotic on an empty stomach.  I might have to mix a little peanut butter with her kibble.  She never refuses that. :-)

Since we cancelled our camping trip (so we could stay close to the vet), we decided to have our carpets cleaned.  They'll be here Monday morning, so we've been busy decluttering, vacuuming and cleaning baseboards.  Unfortunately, we blew the breaker when we plugged the vacuum cleaner into the same outlet as the air conditioner.  When we tried to flip it back on, it wouldn't stay in the on position.  Google says it needs to be replaced.  In the meantime, we'll have to depend on fans.  I am grateful that the next few days are supposed to be a little cooler!
