Before and After!

There is a point to this. At the beginning of the year, I set myself some targets. The usual, search for spiritual enlightenment, cut down on alcohol intake etc but this year's included plant some roses and here they are. Hopefully, in a few months, it will be a mass of blooms.
Quite a few songs about roses. My favourite is " Good Year For The Roses" by Elvis Costello, originally by George Jones who died on Friday.
