Hank Wangford and The Lilies

These were such a lucky/lovely surprise. I’d pulled out the dead, brown, stalks last year and had been too lazy to replant the pot or do anything with it. This is the result! Stayed at home today, very unmotivated and still so angry about the Tories’ management of covid. We’re still semi- shielding and life is boring. There’s nowhere to go that is really safe apart from the yard and a few outside places. Big Fish isn’t fussed so it becomes easier just to stay at home. But it needn’t have been like this. If sensible advice and working together from the start had happened then safe practice would have ensued and all the extremely vulnerable would have had more equal access to life and life enhancing activities.
