Ironman Swansea

The Ironman triathlon took place in Swansea today and we wandered down to the Mumbles Road early in the morning to watch the participants on the cycling stage. I like the long shadow here. There were quite a lot of female participants, so I thought the name could be a bit more inclusive, but it was fun to cheer them all on. The extra is a water feature at the National Botanic Garden of Wales, where we had a sunny walk later.
