He’s ready for adventure

Tomorrow E leaves with three friends to Budapest, for the Sziget festival. Driving our special wheelchair bus, they drive to Budapest in two days. This festival lasts for a week. For most people, nothing special that a group of 24 year old friends goes on holiday together. But for us it is a very special adventure, as our son is dependent on an electric wheelchair and a lot of physical care. They are all ready and in for it, the friends, to help E with everything, and E has every confidence in the friends. I think they are great, and I have every confidence in them. My husband finds it intensely scary, but it helps that we go out ourselves. Proud of him that he let them go anyway.
