Freebies No 542

Archie and I went out early(ish) for a walk round the Meadows. I thought I should get my exercise in for the day first thing. Also, the thought of a coffee and chewy cinnamon bun for breakfast was tempting… 

It was fresh. Very fresh. I texted JR to join us, as she was home from the gym. She was just about to do her healthy breakfast scrambled egg, but the cinnamon bun was more tempting. 

Hazel came over and we sat outside in the sun for a while. 

In the afternoon I watched more Games, this being the penultimate day. I sure have enjoyed it!
