My stomach has felt a little more settled today but the pain is back with a vengeance. 
Headed to the supermarket to buy plain boring food and picked up a bunch of flowers, what colour they'll be no one knows!

I have a phone Dr appt tomorrow ( I was given the choice, face to face or phone) which has been timed nicely , I can have a conversation about my stomach if time
