Relaxed Sunday

Another warm day - with the temperature in the low 20s with a gentle breeze, it felt most agreeable to me.

We enjoyed a morning walk by the sea, where I managed to pop into a greengrocer and buy my first English Discovery apples of the season and Victoria plums - a refreshing treat with a cup of tea when we got home.

A trip to the allotment replenished our supplies of courgette, spinach, potatoes, green beans and tomatoes. So we’ve plenty of nourishment to enjoy.

The day has been relaxed and lovely, something to try to keep front of my mind as I return to work in the morning.
