Afternoon tea

We had a lovely afternoon with friends visiting us for afternoon tea, spoiled only by a multitude of wasps, one or two of which followed us inside when we admitted defeat.  Sandwiches, sausage rolls and various types of cake were consumed, and we might just have seen off a couple of bottles of the bubbly stuff.  And it wasn't lemonade.

I only realised late on that I'd not taken any photos so this is a quick shot of one of the cakes.  I'll try harder tomorrow.
