Silly Saturday ...

... in the creek.

Even though it was so very hot today we decided to go to the Lehigh Valley Zoo in order to pick up our new membership cards.  We had renewed our membership back in June but we haven't been to the zoo since because of the hot weather.  The animals are not very active this time of year.  

Since we were there we still took a wander through the zoo.  And then afterward we drove through the ford that runs over the Jordan Creek.  There are usually small kids playing in the creek with the occasional adult actually sitting in it!  As we drove through the creek I saw this group and quickly took some pictures of them for Silly Saturday!  They were really good sports with the two ladies turning towards me to wave.  This may look silly but they were actually quite smart to be in the cooling water of the creek.
