Pike place

First day in Seattle! Th and R are amazing hosts and it's lots of fun to visit with them. We started out by walking around Pike place market where we got fish and chips and Russian pastries (starts with a p...??) for lunch and were lucky enough to find a picnic table with the most beautiful view. We went to the Seattle Art Museum in the afternoon - nice exhibition of abstract expressionists and I really liked the permanent collection as well (Bouguereau, Morisot, Victoria Fantin Latour). Dinner was fresh pasta, plus we went in to an Amazon shop where you scan a card going in and then walk out with your purchase automatically billed without going to the cash.
