Good show, Birmingham

Tonight, we finally got our chance to go to the Games! Thanks, Mum!

It was a great evening and Birmingham really did put on a good show! Saw some of the Oxford Moores and bumped into an old uni friend before we’d even got into the stadium so that was a good start!

We got to see some epic racing with the Women’s 1,500 and 5,000 but the race of the night was the Women’s 4x400. An incredible climax to the entire games. Gutted for them to have lost out in the end.
