A taste of home

The latest store to open on the high street around the corner from where I live is this European off-licence-come-delicatessen. Wines from Europe and the New World sold at very reasonable prices, a french bakery and patisserie, a very respectable cheese counter, an impressive selection of sausage and olives as well as branded European nibbles :) It's opened just in time for my friend's visit so thats the fridge well stocked!

Drinking good wine with good food in good company is one of life's most civilized pleasures.
