Juxtaposition

Our now regular trip to Manchester for our hair cuts. All went well.

As usual my cut took little time, so I went for a walk around. I do miss walking around towns and cities, I am going to have to find a way of doing more.

Manchester continues to be a big construction site, everywhere there are construction workers in their high vis tops, and a lot of new building and refurbishment. That’s good, although I do sometimes wish it would all settle down a bit.

There is juxtaposition a plenty. New and old. Rich and poor. Housed and homeless. Good and bad. Cities are messy places.
