Down by the River

I explored York this morning  in readiness for my mums arrival. I had forgotten what an amazing city it is. I met mum at the station this afternoon and she was up to walking back to the flat. We stopped for a cup of tea at a river cafe to have a rest, and enjoy the river scene. Sight seeing will start tomorrow.
