Swallowtail Butterfly Is Born

We had three swallowtail butterflies simultaneously emerge from their individual chrysalis earlier this morning. All three were successfully released to the wild. Here’s one that sat around for a minute before taking off. It’s the first day of the butterfly’s new life.
