ICE ICE BABY!

Eventful attempted run commute this morning. Basically, I passed out after 1km and managed to sprain my ankle in the process. Not sure exactly how!
I’ve been on my feet all morning trying to push through as stuff to do and my ankle has ballooned so a customer very kindly bought me some ice. Trying to reduce the swelling so I can get to my car for the drive home. Today isn’t going to plan!
