Blowing in the Wind: Morges

Thank goodness for the wind which was more refreshing than the hot wind yesterday.  We went fairly early by train to the smaller town of Morges to have breakfast and to enjoy the lakeside.

The two towers are at the entrance to the port and the two highest flags are: the Swiss one on the left and the town of Morges on the right. The other flags represent all the 26 cantons (departments or counties) in Switzerland.

It feels very hot at 29C, but a tiny bit cooler than it was last week. Summer is not receding lightly!

Extras:
- Soft mountain layers and sparkles on the water
- Morges castle and part of the port. It was after breakfast at ten past nine on the castle clock when I took this photo!
