Mystery Solved.

This little gadget was among the things that Richard and I found recently in Dad's shed. I was intrigued as I had no idea what it was. After a little searching I've found that it is a Honing Guide - to help keep the blade at the right angle when sharpening chisels etc. Now I'll have to try and use it.
