As calm as a millpond?

A friend and I went out for coffee to a new cafe, called The Kitchen at Wyre Piddle. It has a fantastic location overlooking the Avon from an outside partly covered terrace . Mon-Weds they just do coffee and cake, Thurs - Sun a fuller brunch menu so we will have to return.
It was nice to see the place busy with lots of more mature people who were there for a weekly coffee/ chat the cafe had set up.
