Sunflower for a sunny day

I got my 10,000 steps in going to a meeting in town (must remember to never take the bus during the Festival), rushing home from work to get the cat from a vet (must remember to get her a tag so people don't think she's a random stray that needs 'rescuing'), and then strolling to the allotment to pick fruit and water things (must remember more bags next time).

A lovely evening out.
