Arbroath

Posted a day late as I had to ask Mr Rat to remove a splodge from it!
Parkrun in the morning, I was pleased with my time, despite having to stop and re-tie my shoelaces.
Then a cycle arounf Arbroath. The route description was very easy to follow but we got round eventually and by the time we got to this spot we were fine.
It was sunny intervals, though the sun seemed reluctant to come out at the more photgenic places.
Once home I did some more tidying in the garden and filled the large recycling bin as well as adding a layer to the compost heap.
