A long hot morning at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham for a session of the Commonwealth Games athletics. The women's High Jump was a highlight but we also saw the 4x100 metres relay qualifiers and the mens 1500 metres final, amongst other things. A really good atmosphere, even the long queue for shuttle buses back into Brum was good natured...
