Seaham.

I thought I would take a photo that wasn't the sculpture of Tommy. 
The man is Charles Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 7th Marquess of Londonderry. There was a pit on the front at Seaham called Vane Tempest Colliery. He was a politician. 
The statue is about 50 yards from the statue of Tommy.
