Eighteen wheeler?

Dumped in a farm hedge probably from the 60’s, certainly some of the wheel types were. The base looks like it started like as a Tasker’s well trailer off an articulated 4 wheel unit but it’s been fettled to handle farm implements. I’d have taken a closer look but the heat was getting to me. I don’t handle 32c very well after 7500 steps.
