Not fully out but at least the heat doesn't affect it.
Went to a charity lunch and felt quite full.  Knock at the door this evening by my lovely young Brazilian neighbour inviting me round to join her and her husband for a BBQ.  Sadly had to decline as am only going to have a slice of toast.  Promised to give me more warning for another time.
Not looking forward to Green Gym tomorrow as the venue is quite a walk from where we have to park.  Will do it very slowly!!
