Nope, no filters. 

This was part of my route for this morning's Couch-to-5k session, at 06:40. I struggled this time, and perhaps for the first time. I suspect Monday's wee adventure, and then recovery yesterday, had sapped my energy. 

Perhaps I am getting old after all. 

I spent quite a bit of time in the kitchen in the morning to make pasta for Junior's lunch - and mine because it was soft. We can have a barbecue anytime. 

He has an offer of an ice hockey team to play for this season. It would mean all his games are in Scotland, and no more overnight drives home from the likes of Sheffield or Whitley Bay - a big attraction when his work commitments have to be taken account of.
