After 3 long weeks of being cut off from our phone, broadband and TV provider (mentioning no names - their name starts with B and it rhymes with meaty).

This was especially hard during my Easter holidays as it's normally my chance to catch up with life admin, being in touch with friends and watching terrible movies starring Kate Hudson.

Anyway, they managed to reconnect us after lots of to-ing and fro-ing, and then they still sent us a normal monthly bill. I don't normally like to moan, but they provided us with terrible customer service for absolutely no service whatsoever...and then charged us for it.
