Gold!

Aaron and me went down to Alexander Stadium this morning for the Commonwealth Games athletics. It was supposed to be with Louisa too but one of us had to stay and look after a still poorly Owen, so Mike came along instead.

We opted for today because of the 4x100m relay, and boy was that a good choice. The picture shows Zharnel Hughes, in the middle, starting off ready to take the baton from Jona Efoloko on the first hand over. The England team stormed to gold and Aaron's video probably has me yelling all over it!

Great fun and just a shame Louisa couldn't come too.
