Stillness

This Wanderer sailing dinghy (it may not be, the blue hints at the end of the  mainsail is not something I’ve seen on a Wanderer) makes slow progress  against an incoming tide with little wind to assist. The railway signal stands ready to change when required by the signalman from his box just down the line.
