EARLY BIRD CATCHES THE WORM

After my lovely day yesterday I slept really well and decided to get up at 7.00 am (that for me these days is early) and just go for a short walk.  Only to Carter Road and back, but the section of Carter Road I went down was really steep - OK going down but I've always struggled walking back up.  However knees were OK, back a bit tender but I did it - Yipeeee - and all before breakfast.  Well it was so deliciously cool then.

That's about it from me for today as now it is way too hot and I'm just sitting in front of the ffan and reading and catching up on your blips.
