Double spoilt today...

Gayle made a 4 ingredient Fruit cake, (a new recipe for her) it's different to a normal fruit cake... It's a bit like a sponge, not a sponge cake, more like a sponge for cleaning, it's got a bit more air through the cake in the form of bubbles... In saying that it's very delicious, the fruit has so much flavour...

Margaret made Ginger cookies, they'll be gluten free so Margaret can eat them too... They look a bit like Ginger Nut biscuits but they are hard and Margaret's are soft...
