Visitor

The neighbours‘ cat Baloo often visits our garden. He also likes to visit the house and look for our cats‘ food bowls, but Rani and Chaiyya don‘t like that at all, and let him know about it. Anyway, their food bowls are usually empty. 

In other news, no news. It’s still hot and dry. I have been hanging up laundry all over the house again, to cool it down a little. Today, I wanted to know whether this really makes a difference, and put the thermometer next to the laundry rack. One hour later, the humidity had increased by four percent, and the room temperature had gone down by half a degree. Not much, but proof enough for me. 

Off now, to collect some dirty laundry for tomorrow…
