Sparse grass

Its getting hotter and drier at the moment.  I was off for a water fitness class in the morning so its always good to be splashing around in the water when its so hot.  The cows were out early this morning, we haven't seen them for some time now.  There was no partitioning of the field they had a free reign to find whatever they could to eat here.  At one point they all gathered in a corner where there was a little shade for some but then slowly moved around the field again.  The farmer came to gather them back in around lunchtime.

In the afternoon I decided to drive in our air conditioned car to an air conditioned supermarket to stock up on food stores for when our family visit in a few weeks time.  It seemed a good use of time since it was so hot at home you didn't feel like doing much.
