An afternoon with Sam

What a lovely afternoon, spent with one of my favourite students ever! She is over from Oz and though we are always in touch on FB we still had a lot of catching up to do. Both Jack and I taught Sam English in the 80s but I was also her form tutor for a couple of years and taught her Drama class. Sitting in an air conditioned pub, eating, drinking, and enjoying being with this delightful young woman was a pleasure for so many reasons!

I didnt realise Jack was taking the pic of me telling Sam off ""teacher style" for paying for lunch without us knowing. Naughty girl!
