Hot dogs

Spent most of the day trying to keep the two girls out of the heat. Hetty easier than Ruby as she finds shade and cool spots herself, Ruby likes sun and heat and has to be moved. Walked them both early and will be going out again when it’s a bit cooler. Hubby back at the dentist with temporary filling and as it’s held he is not having it replaced for a month. Daughter left home at six this morning to try and get to the cottage before it got too hot, good plan and successful.
Bit of painting after lunch and prints arrived so added to a real old fashion album I am making of the grandsons first year.
Ordered a fan yesterday and it’s already in use, great service when something needed urgently.
